instruction material. These figures are approximate and within industry tolerances. BouncerDepot.com is constantly
seeking ways to improve the specification; design and production of its equipment and alterations take place
continually. While every effort is made to produce up-to-date literature, our brochure and / or web site should not
be regarded as an exact guide to current specification, nor do they constitute an offer for sale of any particular
equipment. Sizes quoted are to be taken as approximations. By nature of inflatable products, variations in size and
shape may occur.
We accept the following methods of payment:
Cash, Personal Checks, Certified Checks, Money Orders, Master Cards, Visa, Discover, Bank Transfer.
Payment is due immediately following the sale unless other arrangements are agreed to in writing in advance of the
auction. BouncerDepot does not offer any refund on custom orders. All sales of custom projects are final.
BouncerDepot.com makes every effort to ship your order as soon as possible. In stock items are shipped within 1-2
business days following receipt of order. We use different shipping carriers depending on the products destination
address. The average transit time is from 5-10 business days. BounceDepot cannot be held responsible for delays in
shipping due to unforeseen circumstances such as but not limited to weather, fire, flood, earthquake, union strikes,
freight embargoes and/or acts of governments. Shipments requiring special handling such as a lift gate style truck
for unloading products maybe subject to additional charges.
We are not responsible for any brokerage, duties or taxes your country may charge you before releasing your order.
Please note that it is Buyer’s responsibility to check local importing rules and regulations prior ordering from us.
We may require a wire transfer for International orders. Wire transfer fees may apply. If you would like to order
for International shipping, please contact us at 747-221-0080. Please provide your billing and shipping address
and what you'd like to order. We will send you a credit card charge authorization form for you to fill out and
return or we will send you the details for the wire transfer. We reserve the right to reject any International
Damage or Loss in Transit:
Identity of items and extent of damage or loss must be noted on Buyer's copy of the delivery document by the agent
of the transportation company. If damage is discovered after receipt of shipment, notify the transportation company
immediately and request that inspection be made and an inspection report rendered. Buyer must report concealed
shortages or damages within palletized shipments to BouncerDepot Customer Support within 3 business days of delivery
or credit will not be allowed. In addition, Buyer must provide BouncerDepot with a copy of Buyer's claim request
accompanied by a delivery receipt or an inspection report upon which the transportation company has properly noted
such damage or loss, and BouncerDepot will issue a credit for the loss or damage and file a claim with the carrier.
If such information is not received within ten (10) days of delivery, no credit will be issued. Send copy of carrier freight bill to Customer Support indicating item and quantity damaged or not

All inflatable structures made by BouncerDepot come with three (3) year seam-to-seam warranty from the date Customer
receives order. Pieces, parts, and accessories such as slide lining, climber, basketball hoop, pool liner, etc. come
with sixty (60) day warranty. Blowers carry a one (1) year warranty and it is covered by blower manufacturer.
Ordinary wear and tear will not invalidate limited warranty, but misuse, improper storage/handling, repairs,
maintenance and care, such as packing an inflatable when it’s wet, using without ground cover under the inflatable,
exceeding weight limitations, ignoring safety guidelines, damage made from shoes, belts, jewelry or any object worn
by a user will invalidate this warranty. BouncerDepot is not responsible for any lost revenue as a result of a
warranty claim by Customer nor is responsible for replacing any Inflatable product with a loaner product during a
repair of a product under warranty. All warranty claims are subject to products inspection and final approval by one
of our qualified technicians. If a product is evaluated and the warranty for such product(s) is in force,
BouncerDepot will cover the cost of the shipping in the following way:
a) For the first six (6) months after Customer receives items, BouncerDepot shall be responsible for ground freight
charges to and from our factory using one of freight carriers approved by our factory.
b) Between six (6) to eighteen (18) months period Buyer pays the shipment cost to BouncerDepot for repair, and
BouncerDepot pays the shipment cost to the Buyer after it has been repaired.
c) For the remaining warranty period, from eighteen (18) to thirty six (36) months Buyer is responsible for all
shipping charges to and from our factory.
30-Day Return Policy:
Customer satisfaction is number one priority for us. Hence, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If for some
reason you don’t like the merchandise you received you can ship it back within 30 days of receipt. Please note that
all merchandise must be returned in its ORIGINAL CONDITION, with the original tag, in its ORIGINAL PACKAGING. No
refund will be issued on used, scratched or otherwise damaged products. Please note that shipping and handling
expenses are not refundable. Customer will be responsible for all shipping charges to and from BouncerDepot factory.
Customer may cancel his/her order, in whole or in part, PRIOR to the shipment. Bouncer Depot at its discretion has
the right to withhold initial payment(s) made by customer to use as remedy for production readjustment and
associated costs. All sales of custom orders are final and not refundable.
GOVERNING LAW, JURISDICTION AND VENUE:
In the event of litigation between the parties concerning the order or any product shipped to the customer
hereunder, the laws of California, U.S.A, shall govern such action. Venue shall be in State of California, and the
action shall be brought in the California or federal courts of appropriate jurisdiction.
